Theft rip off - no delivery of paid merchandise oronto

Ordered for Xmas 2006 on 7 December hundreds of dollars of DVDs for friends and family after checking that unsatisfied customers complained only about box presentation or 10 day delivery instead of 3 days

Since ordering none of my emails have been answered, their phone line never picks up, I have never received reply, the ordered DVDs but my credit card was debited the same day as the order
