Ripoff, ordered 17 dvds only recieved 11 ripoff SWITZERLAND

This firm owes me 6 dvds which I ordered & paid for on the 08. March. I have tried several times to contact them on line & by phone, their answering machine is full, (no doubt more disgruntled customers) with no satisfatory outcome. I have had some deliveries of dvds from this firm, but now nothing.

Could you at ripoff help in anyway? I would not like further customers to fall into the trap! Even though we are talking ADULT dvds, I cannot see as that matters, ripoff is ripoff!
