Messed up my credit

Hi,
The so called company named ccs tryed to charge me with a bill of 1,000.00 and I had not used this card or activated this card they gave me a number to call in 2006 which was there activation card phone number when I called them to tell thim that I didnt want the card they gave me anotrher number to call. So I called that number the line wuz busy of course and I never heard from them again until today which is 5/9. They mail me a bill so I called them to find out why wuz I charged and I hadnt used the card or activated the card. They put me back on hold for about 30 minutes again then STEVEN wuz the guys name that answered the phone he came back on and told him that he wuz transferring me to his supervisor. Then another guy got on the phone being very rude and then he hung up on me. So I called back and went thru the whole process again then my sister looked on the internet and typed in ccs and that's when you guys report poped up about them. So I told them I was looking it up on the internet sand saw that it wuz fraud. I toild them that there name had been flagged online and I wuz about to call the police right then they hung up and called back and said that they were going to wipe this debt out and I didnt owe them anything so I asked them would they mail me that in writting to my address and show on the letter that this would not be filled on my credit but they called back ID unavailable.
