Rebates refused!

I renovated 3 Luxury Apartments and invested over $40,000 in the Home Site... I bought 10 applianced with UPDATES... It was to entitle me to $775 of instore discounts! Nicely. They delivered my $125 and five emails to administrators in the Refund Center did no-good... The HD salesman had the interior memo explaining the refund plan so he named a "Special Adviser of Discounts" and established the $775 in rebates and guaranteed them in three months! He explained "TO DESTROY THE OLD CARDS WORTH $125 AND HE'D SEND ME THE $775 CARD. Well, 8 weeks later I obtained a card for $500 without any clarification and that I am brief $275! It has been 12 MONTHS SINCE MY ORIGINAL PURCHASE... Homedepot performs the " stonewall sport" and nothing happens... They've move Attached me... The Neighborhood Store-Manager has explained atleast five occasions he'll resolve... Nothing happens! He actually stated he'd provide me credit on product easily didn't obtain the cards but nothing happens... The Corporation has all messed up anything I've actually completed with them from rug to units to shipping... They sent 12 large packages of 16" hardwood damaged... Said they'd to keep them! 5 weeks later I'd to pack them up and consider them directly into obtain the credit...
