Kevin johnson scam me out of 398.00 for a loan 21/2 years ago i didn't receive Internet

A guy called my house on 3/26 and spoke with my son, when my son stated i wasn't home he continued to tell my son if i don't return his call i would be going to jail. I returned his call on tuesday morning 3/27. When mr. Johnson answered the phone he was being really rude when i asked what was this company, he refused. I stated someone called me yesterday, he asked for my number and my name. When i told him my name he stated i was being sued for fraud and a loam i received 21/2 years ago. I told him i never received a loan two years ago and never paid them back. He then told me that i would have to attend in court and can i afford a attorney. I responded no, he then said if i can pay 398.00 today legal action would not be taken, but i would have to get him the money in an hour. He also stated that the police would come to my job or my home if not paid. I frantically got up and called everyone i knew to get the 398.00. I also took off from work that day. So I came up with the money he said call him back and gave he this number and stated it was his direct line. He told me to go to safeway to get a power pay card and call when i get there. When i got there i called them and purchased the card he then said once i load it call him again. So i loaded the card and called back. Mr. Johnson then asked me for the number on the card and the expiration and the cv numbers on the back. Then he asked me to fax over a statement stating i will pay the 398.00 to clear my account with the card last four digits. Once I did that he states he was going to process some documents and call me back in 20 minutes.

Well 20 minutes went by i called by and somebody else answered his direct line so i asked for mr. Johnson the guy put me on hold, then he returned and said that he was in a conference call and that he would back in another twenty minutes. So at least an hour went by and i call again. This time i get a voicemail where the mail box is full. He still hasnt called back and its has been 2 1/2 hours now since i spoke with mr. Johnson. It is exactly 12:07 and my conversation started with him at 7:00A.M. It was weird to me after i did all that because i start thinking why was the fax number 1866-928-2563 when the number was 213-261-6450. Usually when it's a company the fax number is almost the same as the phone number. Then i starting looking it up on the internet. They never gave me an address. That's when i ran across this website and heard the similiar stories.
