To Whom It Might Matter:

I'm disappointed using the Customer Support that's been supplied me during the last a few months. Shortly, my problem was that I'd evidently registered to get a Globe card that didn't entitle us to gasoline discounts. I needed it changed back again to the Platinum-Plus card. I had been advised I'd be released a brand new quantity. Really, this entire procedure has had more than 2 weeks to obtain the brand new cards issued. We've not triggered the brand new cards, nor desire to achieve this.

Discounts since September declaration haven't been clearly recognized on our published claims. I had been informed that people might obtain discounts from Sept acquisitions on Oct statement and Oct acquisitions on November declaration. This did not occur.

Each phone to customer support was handled whilst the “first” regarding our problem, and appeared to be misunderstood at some degree. Easily had obtained fresh cards in a regular manner following the first phone, all this distress wouldn't have happened.

No-follow-up originated from customer support concerning the standing of the problem, hence the requirement to contact repeatedly to discover why nothing was turning up on-line or fresh cards before very last-call I produced in November.
