This family of associated Internet Fraud sites frequently changes name &? Ownership to avoid the record of hundreds of internet and Better Business Bureau complaints filed over dishonest business practices. They sent cheap bribes to fraudulently manipulate and deceive rating sites. If one searches this legendary record of this recurrent fraud story over the internet, it is unbelievable that such sleazy scam can be allowed to remain in business.

I was defrauded over $1300 over the purchase of a TV, which was dishonestedly represented. The sales representatives were completely dishonest, promising expedited shipping and 1 week delivery. High pressure FRAUD tactics included "HIDDEN" extraneous INSURANCE charges and worthless? Warranties? With obsolete DVI cables, which were? Later added. After 6 weeks of NO INVOICE, NO CONTRACT. NO WRITTEN WARRANTY, American Express agreed to "suspend" the sale. AM Express advised me to refuse to accept any delivery without an INVOICE and that their " Dispute Resolution Center" would resolve this by dealing with this scam.

I have never refused delivery or authorized any return, but I felt uncomfortable accepting such an obviously unbusinesslike, sleazy? Dealings without an invoice or direct communication. Thses crooks don't answer their telephone, and are rude, obnoxious, if uou try to ask for an invoice.

American Express has expected payment from me to this Scam for 15% restocking fees, 5% processing fees, and $400 shipping. I have nothing from this fraud except 5 months of absurd aggrevation. No TV has never been delivered.

As I pursue this matter with further complaints to American Express, BBB, NT State Attorney General, & FTC Internet Fraud Bureay Please feel free to contact me with any further advise as I would like to publicize my complaints. Are the many others who have been similarly victimized by this Internet Fraud willing to join with me in a classaction, legal or consumer response to fraud which is so distructive to Internet Commerce?
