Sell people broken trucks, ripoff

I purchased a traxxas t maxx 3.3 on monday. Later that night i watched the video that comes with the box and i gathered my things for a great day of racing and breaking in on teusday.

Well when the time came to play my vehicle would'nt start. After taking advice from traxxas and still failing i decided that i did not want a truck did'nt start.

I called them the next morning and after telling them that another 5 hours of troubleshooting was unacceptable they refused me a refund of my money. The biggest problem i have with this is the box said READY TO RUN on every showing side.

I just dont think selling people ready to run rc's that dont even start after hours and hours of troubleshooting is satisfactory. Never at anytime did they offer any sort of compensation whatsoever.

I would be cautious dealing with this company unless you want a remote control car to look at.
