On E-bay Ripped off by Lee Henry for R/C cars on E-bay

A few months back, I was selling a Traxxas T-maxx on E-bay that wouldn't reach a a $250.00 minimum. I was approached by a user Swampvillerc to see if I was interested in a trade for the Item. We came to an agreement, My T-maxx with all the hop-up as well as a new set of aluminum rims and tires and a Losi mini-T with hop up for some HPI Baja 5B parts (aluminum beadlocks, steering set and a motor). I sent it out and found it was signed for 7 days later but my stuff never showed up. I e-mailed him several time, everytime he said they were coming.

After 2 weeks of writing after he received he stopped responding. I contacted E-bay and the number that they had for him was disconnected and he had changed his acount name from swampvillerc to RCswapshop. I continually sent e-mails dailey and finally got a response 2 months later saying that the truck was not what he wanted and he was sending it back.

Well here it is, 6 months later and still no truck or parts. His E-mail comes up with The Henry's in quotes and he claims to have a Radio Control hobby shop. I would not have any dealings with this man considering he took me for almost $3000.00 worth of R/c Equipment.

He is a scum bag and I felt it necessary to let others that buy, sell, and trade on E-bay know. From what I could see, was that he was a good buyer, but make sure the payment gets there and clears the bank before sending anything to this Jerk. If this helps anybody I will be happy considering I know that I will never see my trucks again
