Ripoff frauding receive money but don't send items

WE ordered something from this webside. They offer items very cheap. You receive items out of the regular price rang. The only way you can pay is over moneygram and in cash. WE ordered but luckily we found out the something is wrong with this company. We could stop our payments and received our money back. After doing some research, we found out that this company is changing their locations. From San Antonio, Texas to New York and God knows where else. You won't be able to talk to a customer service. As you call, a answering machine will pick up. They will give you the information that they received the moneygram confirmation. These people are obviously not native Americans. The spelling of the written confirmation is really bad.
