Terrible experience at Fry's Technology!

I’m wondering if you're able to publish my criticism regarding current terrible encounter at fry’s technology.

It had been at Campbell fry’ls digital. I purchased a dual-channel storage package (Pairiot) from Campbell fry’s technology on March 07.

I put it within the computer. It didn’t function. I didn’t possess the time for you to do the trade. Nowadays, March 18, I returned to Campbell shop and attempted to come back/trade using the correct one.

The individual in control was “Ronaldo Pante” after 1.5hr, he explained the chips within the storage segments are absent. How am I guess to understand just how many chips assume to stay a storage component? I attempted to describe him this may be the one they offered which may be the one I’m returning. Additionally requested him who on the planet may grab one or two chips from storage package and return it back? And so I questioned him written down the main reason he can't trade the storage. He declined and just stated “I can't consider this back” he explained he’ll allow the stored supervisor “Henary” named me in 48hrs.

I had been so pissed and visited Sunnyvale Fry’s and contacted using the individual in control in the return customer support. He recommended me to contact the amount about the bill. I named the amount and also the woman stated she’ll allow the customer support supervisor named me.

Customer Service Manager (Yuali Haghshornas) at Campbell named me and quit the concept stating that my product was imperfect plus they can't go back. I named him back and after detailing over and over, I eventually had the opportunity to talk to him.

I described him again but he explained “No have to clarify. Your product is incomplete and so I can't go again or exchange.” I told him that even when them is imperfect, this is actually the one they offered it in my experience and all of the bill and serial number fits. I expected him if he is able to provide me the main reason written down why they CAn't go back. He explained, arrived at the shop and I’ll high-light the bill for you personally. He also informed me that store-manager won't contact me. He explained he’s the main one who create choice and there’s no body I will speak with.

I'm really upset and terrible. Our fingers are trembling. I'm a mature software manufacture with no one accuses me like this b4. I don’t understand what to complete. I don’t worry about $90 even when I've to toss it aside but this really is about how they handled me for that item they offered the things they named “incomplete”

I believe I’m likely to record to customer company / BBB and whatsoever I will think about easily have occasion.
