Wireless, problems with service, there solution send new phones, ripoff

I have been with cingular since the merger in 04. I upgraded the phone i never had a problem with to a lg camera Phone in december. My mother who is on my family plane also got an upgrade with the same model. I Began noticing the phones reception sucked and the call's you couldn't hear as well. My mother had the same problem. So I called in Feburary 06 and they willing sent us a 2 free motorola camera phone as a replacement.

The motorolas worked much better till about June 06 i started having problems with mine.in July 06 my mother told me her phone again wasn't working right. Since then they had discontinued that model, but were still willing to send us 2 refurbished motorolla v557 camera phones. Well we got them, Mine was alright but the 8 key on my moms didn't work at all. So they sent another refurbished one

In September I began having more problems with the phone so they unwillingly sent me a new samsung d407. That phone worked wonderful, untill about january, so i again called and they got rude this time. They told me my 1 year warranty had expired in December 06.

I told them that there phones all suck, they told me i would have to go through samsung. Samsung offered to fix it free of charge but i would be without a phone for 28 buisness days. That wont work.

I told them i hate there service and i wanted to cancel they then told me that phones are not designed to last a long time And some people are just unlucky and get all the bad phones, who would buy a phone every couple months. They then offered me $50.00 off any Phone i want if I sign another 2 year contract AFTER i already said i want to cancel. I then told them that i was calling my lawyer, and they willingly sent me a new samsung in feburary.

So ive had 5 phones in a year all being defective, we still have problems with both phones im not bothering with them again i am switching in Decemberwhen our contracts up.
