Paid for a cellular phone and never recieved it

October 24
I emailed them to ask them if the equipment I wanted to buy would work with any CDMA company and they replied to me the same day. I also asked them for help because my credit card did not work at first. I ordered and paid a PalmOne Treo 700w PDA CellPhone Unlocked for a total of USD$486.56

October 25
They replied back to tell me that they are just waiting for the payment to clear out and they would send me the tracking number as soon as they did that night or the day after.

October 27
We speaked over the phone and they told me they don't have the product I asked for, and if they could send me another one. I agreed to wait until they got more in stock.

November 9
They wrote back to me and told me they didn't have my product but they were searching for it like crazy with their providers.

November 30
They email me and instruct me to call them because my order can be fraudulent and that my order is ready to be shipped. On the call they inform me that everything was alright and they would be shipping my product right away and that they will email me the tracking number.

January 3
Textually they email me: "We havent forgot about you. I have had servere problems and will take care of you as soon as posible thank you"

Conclusion
Almost everyday I email them or try to call them over the phone (they never answer the phone and never reply back to me). Its been more than 3 months, American Express doesnt respond to complaints after 60 days, and this people will not send my product. Their website is being updated constantly, they just don't answer my calls, it is obvious they expect me to forget about it and loose almost $500 dolars.
