Ripoff breaks contract bad warranty bad support liars

I'm not very pleased with this company at all. I purchased a Sager np7620 laptop from them a little over a year ago. When I first got it, it became D.O.A. After four hours of use. I returned it and it was promptly repaired/replaced. Then for about a year it ran great, however the fans in the laptop were so loud it was ridiculous. Then suddenly about five months ago it overheated and died. I sent this in, believing the extended warranty I purchased with it would still be valid.

After several phone calls I found out that their warranty underwriters were backing out and they couldnt honor the warranty. They were apologetic but that still doesnt fix my laptop. They were nice enough to take the repairs on themselves by sending the unit out to a third party repair company.

Well after two months I got the laptop back... It overheated again and died within 4 days. I sent the laptop back and was told by Matthew Tucker that they would send it back to the laptop repair company one last time but after that they weren't going to honor the warranty anymore because it was costing them too much money.

Im still waiting to recieve the laptop back - its been well over 5 months now. This company is congenial and attentive but honestly if they're not gonna honor their warranties or stand behind their products why bother with them? I feel like I got ripped off for 2k for this laptop, avoid these guys, they are really unreliable.
