Will not cancel service contract ripoff

They orginally told me I had a one year contract, they now have no record of that. My contract states "We may change any terms, conditions, rates, fees, expenses, orcharges reagrding your service at any time... If we increase the price of any of the services to which you subscribe, as such prices are set forth in your rate plan brochure. You may terminate this agreement without paying an early termination fee." The last person I spoke with was a Nina Burnett in the Office of the President.

In addition, they orginally charged me a fee to switch tfrom AT&T, they canceled my text messaging without my knowledge, they would not give me an upgrade on my phone (they said I had to pay of it) and now I spoke to 6 customer service reps (two who were very nasty claiming all this was MY fault). They have nothing but excuses.

I want them to cancel my remaining term on my contract.
