Next Pimp. Comnext Pimp.com, PayPal@shoe Media.com to my money for a product i never recieved. Decided that they wouldn't refund my money

I went to there site via a friend telling me about a media center i could purchase to make ring tones, and wall papers for cell phone. I never recieved a such product. And they still kept my money. And told me that a refund was out of the question. I thought i was paying for the media center, not a member ship that doesn't do anything. But they still said they resolleved my case, and closed it i payed for something that does nothing, i am also telling the better buisness about this. And they still won't respond to any more emails
