We recently mailed a $2,000 check to Media Camping Center as a deposit on an on-site 2011 Winnebago motorhome. No papers, contracts, etc. Were ever signed. We then changed our minds, informing the salesman (in person), the general manager via 3 emails, numerous phone calls (that he would not take), mailed copies of the emails to the Fairless Hills dealership, called the owner, Hadden Smith. As of today, October10, Mr. Smith informed us that they had no intention of refunding our deposit. We are not purchasing the unit, will never allow this unethical business to even look at, let alone service, any motorhome we may purchase. This company is holding our deposit hostage. What ever happened to fair andethical business practices. Not with Media Camping Center.
