Ordered items not in stock hallandale

I thought I had done all my homework, I checked out their customer ratings on various sites and Ebay.
I found a site that had all negitive remarks but it was a small listing six or so bad one or two good and I regarded it as a fluke. E-bay score was 98%.

Well I was wrong Thursday I emailed them asking if the Denon unit I wanted was in stock below is their reply
Denon will service the uint FOREVER, as long as it is purchased from an authorized retailer (DAKMART)
Denon will pay for 90 days, and DAKMART will pay for the next 275 days.

We have both in stocvk at this tme

Okay good time to order late friday nite I place my order. Right away I received an email saying all went well with my payment. Sunday, Monday, Tuesday goes by no shipping comformation as most retailers would send. I email asking for a tracking number, it seems their on site tracking by invoice is pernamently down. They email the following:

I apologize, we had an inventory error with this item. I can either notify you when we get this item in or I can refund you your money. Please advise.

I call them and call them and call them and call them YOU get the picture. Finially I get a person after 40 phone calls tell them I what my money back. I point out that the unit they are out of stock of is still up on their web site. Jackie tells me she has nothing to do with that.

So it seem that Dakmart sells items that are not in stock hoping you will wait for them.

Just save your self a headache and buy from someone else. Did I get my money back? Well as of yet it has not posted, we will see.
