Bway photo ripoff scam artists

I ordered a Canon SD700 from Bwayphoto.com on 2/4/07. When I received the camera it was a different model from what I ordered, and it did not have the markings of a Canon SD700. I phoned bwayphoto on 2/7/07 and explained that I need to return the camera because I did not recieve the correct model. The customer rep informed me that 'it's the same thing, ' and 'they dont have the actual model' that I ordered. He explained that the camera I ordered is not listed on their website. However, on their website it clearly states that they sell the camera. Prior to the order being finalized, I received a call from a rep who tried to push batteries, carrying case and all sorts of things before the camera was sent out. If they knew that they did not have the camera in stock, I should have then been informed. What ended up happening is that they did not credit my account entirely. They billed me 43 dollars for the restocking. This, for a camera I did not use or supplies which I did not open. Spoke to a customer representative about this and he was belligerent and claimed that the restocking fee is going to stick. This is not the type of company to do business with. Don't get dupped!
