Permits RipOff Artists like Dakmart of Hallendale, FL to Prey Upon Individuals & Prevents Individuals From Leaving Responses to Libelous Lies and Defamations of Powersellers

In the case of Dakmart, Inc, which was previously reported to this website, E-Bay has now removed my complaints that Dakmart's feedback to my account were Libelous Lies and Defammatory. Apparently Dakmart is allowed to make all the comments they want, without regard to the truth because they've completed 20000 transactions and e-Bay has made hundreds of thousands of dollars from these lying low lifes.

The specifics of the case were that Dakmart sold a broken scanner to me, refused to pay return shipping, refused even to accept a returned unit once the case went to e-Bay's Dispute System, and then Dakmart was permitted to claim in feedback that I'd paid them with a Bad Check. WELL THAT WAS A LIE!!! I paid Dakmart with a U.S. Postal Money Order, as e-Bay well knew because they'd asked for confirmation of payment, which was provided! Even a scanned copy of the Money Order in question was sent to e-Bay as proof! Yet, when I left a reply to Dakmart's Lies in my account's feedback for that transaction, e-Bay yanked my reply and refused to let me reply again to the situation. Their comment was the phrase Damned Lie was somehow vulgar! As far as I'm concerned it was not only the absolute truth, but the word Damned is a biblical word and in good usage wherever God Fearing People tread!

Further, e-Bay closed the dispute saying I hadn't proved my case and that Dakmart had offered a refund and return of the item. Which was an absolute lie because Dakmart in their reply to the dispute categorically stated I could keep the item and not to contact them any more! They wouldn't any longer accept a return! They'd been caught trying to file a false claim with the US Postal Authorities for a damaged item. The item WAS NOT DAMAGED IN SHIPPING, there wasn't a mark on the box! Both I and the local US Postmistress examined the packaging for any sign of damage and we both agreed there was none. I used to run a shipping and receiving department for an aircraft turbine engine shop and know of where I speak regarding damaged containers! Dakmart simply shipped a broken item and didn't want to be responsible for it! And e-Bay has aided and abetted these rip off artists. Check out the other 300 negative remarks Dakmart has acquired on e-Bay and you'll see that they leave defamatory and libelous remarks for anyone who conscienciously leaves honest negative feedback, and e-Bay doesn't do a thing about it. Yet in e-Bay's User's Agreement they have specific injunctions against just this kind of act. Apparently this applies only to the poor peon and not the big companies that E-Bay makes tens of thousands from.

Be Aware that e-Bay is as guilty and duplicitous in their support of the activities of such low life companies as Dakmart as the company is itself. They aid these people in their acts, and are as guilty of their commission as if they'd done it themselves.

E-Bay helps no one but themselves!
