Poor service, non refund of money, misleading advertising Ripoff

This company advertises a flat rate $75.00 Razr V3 cell phone repair. From web site From the basic repairs to the most complex, Infinitycells Cellular Phone Repair Centers has the capacity to repair your damaged cell phone. We service both in and out of warranty phones. Our friendly, and qualified technicians are ready to help I sent my damaged phone and received a call from a service representative on 1/11/07 with three (3) specific items that required replacement and was told the repair charge would be $75.00 plus $8.95 shipping for a total fee of $83.95. I authorized this and was told my phone would be repaired and should ship back to me on approximately 1/12/07. I contacted on 1/17/06 to check status and was told it did not ship until 1/16/07. Numerous calls to track missing phone with little information continued until 2/3/07 when phone was finally received. Phone was received in an un-repaired condition with a sheet that said it had water damage beyond repair and all charges have been refunded Several more calls to the company have continued to result in little feedback and the charges have still not been refunded. After indicating what was required and how much it cost to repair, they do not normally inform customers when repairs can not be accomplished and do not appear to refund the charges for the service as they have indicated. My complaint is dealing with their misleading advertising, misleading contact with customers and charging my credit card for services not provided.
