Refused Refund After Canceling Service Due to No Signal on Road Trip

I bought a Sirius receiver, installed it, and activated it. I drove up the entire US east coast and was unable to receive a signal. When I got home I returned the unit without a problem, but when I called Sirius to cancel the service, they refused to refund my money!
