Ripped off on Ebay by Topcat5008

I purchaed a Lional Polar Express Train from Topcat5008 on December 16. He states that he would send it out the following Saturday. On December 22 I contacted the seller to inform that I had not yet received the item and would like a tracking no. He states "i left the tracking information in my sons car and I will e-mail it to you or tomorrow morning" Well is now December 30th and I have filed a claim with paypal and have yet to hear from him. Ebay lists him as no longer a registered user. It was only 143.00 but the train was for a 5 y/o boy for christmas. This person is a thief - I found out that he was purchased items like mystery auctions and how to gain credibility on ebay. Guess he is going to need it because i am going to post everywhere that he is a thief.
