Dishwasher Broke Down Six Times Since Purchase, Only Prorated Replacement Offered

On 4-12-04 we purchased a kitchen aid dishwasher from conns, on 4-14-04 it broke down, 5-05-04 called because it wouldn't drain correctly, on 8-01-05 breaks again timer won't advance, 9-12-05 control panel not working, 10-05-05 replaced control panel and ac cord, 10-30-06 control panel replaced, broke down next day, 12-22-06 can't fix it, Conns offers to replace it with a prorated warranty, warranty period runs till 4-12-08 we bought the extended warranty, I explain that it has been broken more than it has been running.
