Specific Cameras - poor business methods!

Don't purchase something from Specific Cameras.

Search for licensed retailers just on the web of course if feasible go to the shops...

I had been completely scammed by Specific Cameras and its own six months since last moment I attempted to complete something about this. I had been therefore dissatisfied and disappointed of not receiving my correct item and never being responded. I simply quit and attempted to forget. Hmm I suppose I cant overlook and that I cant forgive myself easily dont alert others about Specific Cameras.

It had been the very first time I purchased anything costly thru the web.

I had been offered a ntsc Camcorder (3000 bucks) in the place of a ´Pal´system Camcorder. I'm from europe. Which was the primary importance I placed on the offer. (simply the camera is ineffective in Europe until I transform all of the substance I report. Decreases image-quality and it is truly time intensive) I just discovered this out after I was in Europe and that I didn't care to deliver it back. Today I'm promoting it applied back again to the U.S.

I simply respected them, I had been reckless and quick and selfish to. The cost for that camera was inexpensive, to cheap. I suppose I understand today how they create their money.

Not refunding or delivering something in stead of delivered products and promoting deerly, crap using the tag expert in the front.

They provide you with an Rma. Thru telephone and never fax or mail therefore its harder to prosecute them-and subsequently consider the merchandise back (without having delivering something alternatively) and promote it again.

I really documented the phonecall after I got my rma number and was guaranteed a particular product, therefore if any Regulation scholar really wants to prosecute them. Probono I obtained evidence. He he.

I'm currently likely to try again to obtain some type of reaction and payment in the organization or atleast thru the web... Alert others and hopefully preventing the corporation from cheating others.

Obviously I'll be truly wise and careful later on.
