Line 6
Line 6 products has defective products! Ripoff

I'd like to report a company that has come out of nowhere and is trying to establish a name for themselves. Line 6 products have a lot of promise, bells and whistles, along with a price tag to match. So I paid big bucks after seeing an hd147 demonstrated. It sounded so good and the programming capability really appealed to me. So, i get it home and jam without a problem for about three months.

Then it started shorting out for some reason. I replaced all my cords and then tried contacting line 6 to see where i could get it repaired because it has to be in the head.

This was an ordeal. Line 6 has some faq track thing for stupid questions. This was no help whatsoever. I never knew if my emails for support were received because they were never answered. It shouldn't be that hard to email a company. I finally got a repair tech, the only one in my state. He was a moron and went out of business before repairing my hd147. The guy kept my hd147 for a month before calling me back to pick it up unrepaired.

So, now i need to contact line 6 and see what a real person says. Guess what, line 6 customer service is long distance NOT TOLL FREE! This tells you the customer at line6 doesn't care about your problems. I called long distance and finally got a real person after the automated obligatory wait. They had to call me back, which made me happy to hang up! Line 6 did call back eventually and were no help whatsoever. The guy i talked to sounded out of it and didn't impress me as a business should.

I found a repair guy closer to me and have taken it in twice now and still cannot figure out what is wrong with it. I hate line 6 and the fact that I thought they were a reputable company!

As for me I sticking to the old favorites and still the best
