I found this website while trying to do some comparison shopping yesterday and they looked to be completely legit. Great website design and complete functionality. They had a great price for the product I was looking for so I went ahead with the order for my wife's Christmas present.

Today, I received an email stating that I needed to call an 800# and extension to 'confirm' my order. From the wording of this email it looked as though there was a problem with some of the information I supplied.

I complied and called the number/extension and received a voicemail for some guy named 'Harry'. I left a message with the order number and my cell phone number. I then had a sinking feeling and called the 800 number again.

I selected the Customer Service option and thought that I would receive some assistance that way. The person I spoke to answered the phone "How can I help you". This was a little odd. I then was trasferred 3x with no explaination and ended back at the same person "How can I help you".

I explained that I had just spoke to her and was then hung up on. After several calls and various options in their phone tree I ended up selecting '0' for the operator. After waiting at least 10 minutes to speak to the operator I finally thought I was getting somewhere.

Unfortunately, when the 'Operator' pulled up my order he said that I needed a different battery and he would add that on for me. I thanked him but declined the upgrade. Then I was offered a carrying case which again I declined.

I was then informed that the camera I ordered was a Japaneese model (Not US). It would be about another $30 for the US model which included the upgraded battery?

I pulled up the website that I ordered the CamCorder through and nowhere did it say anything about this being an ASIAN model. After being one the phone for over 45 minutes just trying to confirm my order and being hung up on more than 2x I decided to cancel my order. I was then hung up on again.

I called my credit card company to ensure I wouldn't be billed for such a mistake and then sent another (3rd or 4th email) asking them to cancel my order and informed of my actions.

I finally received an email stating that my order had been cancelled. Whew. Please, please, please take caution in online orders this holiday season.

After doing some research I found what this is what the establishment looks like from the outside. Makes you wonder what the inside looks like!

If you don't mind a ton of stress and not exactly what you ordered then this might be a great place for you but from my experience this is not going to serve the everyday online shopper.
