Company offers low prices online and then follows up all orders with a "confirmation" phone call. During the phone call they attempt to add more itmes to the order. If customer doeas not add the items to the order the sales person then makes up false excuses to cancle the order.in my case, they said (after I did not add items to the order) the chosen item was a japanese version and all memus and manuals where in japanese (is this what you want?). Well of course it is not wwhat I ordered, the sales person then quickly cancelled the order and hung up.
