Deceptive billing practices Unable to correct billing mistakes ripoff

We purchased one main phone and a family add-a-phone that should have been 9.95/mth. The bills came in as two main line at $60 per phone plus ALL associated taxes. We are now two months past since this first started and Cingular still cannot fix the billing. Then, though you would think we had learned, we added another phone to the family plan.
Well, at least it showed up as a 9.95 charge, but the taxes and "recovery fees" were shown as if it was a standalone phone. The customer agent told us it was supposed to be that way. Ummm, noooo, sorry. Previously had Sprint's family plan and they did NOT charge us the full set of taxes and recovery fees.
To top it off when we added the third phone new features suddenly appeared on the bill we never asked for! Give me a break Cingular. We have now spent at least two hours dealing with their customer service and they remind me of the way Sprint "used" to be, apologetic but incapable of doing anything about it. Never even offered a discount for all the crap we were going through.
