Ripoff 2006 Top Scams 2006 topsams is a scam and is in association with DVD Pro Wizard along with Quickbank

The web page of
(ROR REDACTED LINK FOR SECURITY PURPOSES) for DVD burners, states that
"DVD Wizard Pro"
was 1 out of only 3 software programs that are to be trusted. I believed this man because he states on his web page that he is an online fraud investigator. Well, I found that to be untrue. After I purchased the DVD Wizard Pro, (which by the way, I would have never known about them unless it wasn't for this so-called - "2006 Top Scams" web page because I looked up other items and DVD Wizard Pro never came up on the normal sites), Well, It didn't not download the software I purchased. It came up with registration number that was two sentences long, then it went around and around in circles without giving me the program.By this time I knew I was just scammed, but by this time it was too late. I emailed them but the address showed up as no server at this time. I never got my copy and its really hard to find a way to get my money back. Please help me...
