Ripoff. Copy DVD's with DVD Copy Wizard junk!

I received an E-mail from Carson Marketing Group, asking if I would like to purchase their DVD Copy Wizard, I usually don't fall for scams but they made this software seem like it would work. They charged me 39.95 for an instruction manual on where to download certain software from the internet, 4 in total. One of the software, you would have to purchase for an additional price in order for the directions to work. I tried the first 3 directions and it would take over 30 hrs to convert one DVD movie to my hard drive! These people are a rip-off and I tried contacting them to get my money back, but no reply.
