Has denied 5 different rebates ripoff

Electronics and household app.

I should have known. Our school bought several notebooks through GovConnection in seperate instances. Each with a rebate. The first rebate I got a rejection because "it did not have the UPC". I am quite sure it did, since I made copies of everything I put in the envelope. I faxed over the UPC after I spoke with a person on the phone.

After that I have received numerous rejections on the other rebates. There is no telling which rejection is for which rebate, since all they provide is a rebate Claim ID, which I cannot link to any specific rebate. The rejections are mostly for postmark date. It is impossible for me to prove those were good, since I did not go to the postoffice for certified mail, but instead put it in the Outbox. Other rejections are "lack of proof of purchase". Again, I make copies of all I send and check off the things I need to put in the envelope. It is simply not so.

Other rejections are for "maximum number of claims per household". I verified with the vendor that I indeed could use multiple rebates, since we are a school.

The whole process is a scam. There is no such thing as a rebate in Europe, because the legislators see this as it is. A scam.

Tell your senator to put legislation forth to stop rebates; Rhode Island has made the 1st step!
