CINGULAR WIRELESS Rips Consumers off Double Billing, changes in Contract & Features Cerritos Southern Greator Los Angeles Nationwide

I use to be a former employee of Cingular Wireless and I am aware of all the fraudulent activities that the company practices. I have contacted the President and Vice President about this practice and still they still continue to use it today. I am asking for all of those people out there whom have Cingular Wireless as a carrier and have experience excessive Billing that you know you didn't commit such as double billing, changes in Features without your permission, or even changes in your contract that you were not aware of. I have been fighting with the Company about this issue for 5 months now and its going no where there denying consumers an explination. So i need to bring awarness to these issues and if you have experience the same thing please do blog it. I have recieved several calls from the president office about this issue her name is Rebecca Kilby

I have contacted her 4 times left messages and emails still no responce. I know that there making millions of dollors off consumers by practicing feature flipping, changes in contract etc.
