Kitchen-Aid Superba S/S model
This design is just a catastrophe waiting to occur!

I purchased a Superba S/S - Model KSRA22ILWH3 over this past year (April 05) from KAis (i.E. Whirlpool) factory in Laval Quebec. I've no difficulties with settlement, lots of room throughout. This September it ceased cooling precisely, therefore needed to call-in for maintenance. 86$ later, the specialist included some freon. Two days ago, same problem. New technitian is available in (Wirlpool qualified, 26-year expert) and informs me this is just a really poor style using the cooling pipes/venting coming to the underside & hard to achieve for cleansing. He explained the compressor is overheating and it has exhibited the machine with gas that makes it very hard to cool. I'd must have the circles exhibited to obtain the gas out & alter the compressor $600). Then it'd require cleansing (atleast twice annually) utilizing unique gear (~$100 every time). Their guidance. Eliminate it and purchase a brand new device. Their words: "sh. Ty design".

I purchased this device restored (the technitian explained they transformed the compressor) meaning it included only one year guarantee and am currently caught. I named KA plus they questioned me to send an outline of the technitianis analysis. They'll consider it.

I can not support but believe they've worked in bad religion and they know about their poor style and also the proven fact that there's without any use of the circles underneath and threfore the requirement for specific cleaning equipment. This design is just a catastrophe waiting to occur.
