Northwest Bell Telephone rebate rip-off:
Purchased phone from Best Buy 11/09/01, almost 8 months ago.
Tried to call line was always busy, called Best Buy, they gave me number 1-800-423-4653 ext. 113 for Melanie. Have called her at least 4 times, was told check sent, check returned as undeliveriable etc. Was told other stories (lies?).
