Used to do not get my refund check!

I've purchased BM9280 (Bell telephone) phone from CVS/pharmacy, Dumont Nj. There is $10 refund with this product. It's been significantly more than eight (7) weeks but used to do not get my refund check. There's likewise telephone number on refund slide (100-423-4653). I've named them many times however they stated that item was over-sold by them.
