Rebate Ripoff! Did not honor the rebate BEWARE OF THESE CROOKS

I signed a one year contract with celltime cellular in Avenel, NJ (that also has offices in Bayonne, NJ & Perth Amboy, NJ) in Oct. I used my old phone and hence they promised me two rebates. Upon showing the first monthly bill, I received the first rebate from them. However they did not honor the second rebate (they call it as mail in rebate) which is worth $50.00.

I went there three times to the Avenel store in person to collect the second rebate. First two times, they asked me to come back some other time as they can't process the check. I asked them to mail the check which they rejected out right. Third time i went on the day that the store personnel asked me to come. But this time the guys in the store ignored me and later started to say they cannot issue a rebate check. I dealt with Vincent and Edwin in Avenel store. I have also seen others posting bad feedback in this forum about celltime cellular. I have all the documents in tact and if anybody is interested in pursuing class action of sorts in NJ against celltime cellular, please contact me: (ROR redacted email address for security purposes)
