I contacted this company in reference to buying a pc. Upon speaking with the CSR, and agreeing to the terms of the contract, I gave my checking account information for credit purposes only.

Towards the end of the phone call, I explained to the women that I didnt want to follow through with the transaction and to put it on hold until I could speak with my husband.

Less than two weeks after I recieved a letter, and bill in the mail stating that $ 155.96 will be automatically drafted from my account on 9-06. I contavted the company, and was rerouted to a different phone # and was put on hold for 30 minutes. I hung up and called the regular # and pretended to be a new customer, just so I could get a real person on the line to discuss my account.

I spoke with a man named Kenny. He was sarcastic, and rude, and tried to make me feel stupid. I then asked to speak with his supervisor, James. I explained to him what happened, and he was a little more help than the gentleman before. Apparently, I was charged $ 200.00 for god knows what, which still wasnt explained to me, but was taken out of my bank account, even after I told the lady I didnt want to purchase nor agree to anything till I spoke with my husband.

I didnt find out about this until today, almost 3 weeks after the initial call with the woman. He told me that they have a non-refundable policy, but that He would cancell my account with them, and no further money would be drafted from my account.

I was then tld that the conversation with the woman was recorded, and they listened to me agreeing to everything, which was true, but before the conversation was over, and the recorder was off I did tell her not to go ahead with anything until a later date.

How convenient for them. I got ripped off. This company is very fraudulent. I beg anyone who has delt with them to do some serious PI work, and dot your I's and cross your T's before making any commitment to them.
