Rebate ripoff

I ordered 2 Dell computers for my business on August 24. I was suppose to receive 2 $100.00 rebates. I did not receive these as agreed. I called Dell on February 6th and was promised that the rebates would be mailed out. They gave me a credit of $25 on my credit card at my insistance for the inconvenience. It is now almost 1 year later and I have still not received the rebates. I called them again this August and they promised to call me within 24 hours of my call with an update on my rebates and did not. I have spent what seems like hours on the telephone and still do not have my $200. Who knows if I ever will. Now they say that I will receive the rebates within 2 to 3 weeks. I will believe it when I see it. Sounds like a calculated ripoff to me.
