Poor - quality products, dishonest, fraudulence, deceiving

As soon as I heard Madden 06 would be a launch title for the Xbox 360, I went ahead and spent over $500.00 to guarantee myself an Xbox 360 and Madden 06 on the launch date. I received my Xbox 360 and Madden 06, only to find out how bugged Madden 06 was.

I exchanged my Xbox 360 in July (for a price of $130) and continued to have the same problem with Madden 06... Even after trying 3 copies of Madden. The specific problem is during a game, the play will end, the gameplay clock will start to tick... But the game just continues to show scenes of the stadium being played at. When the gameplay clock runs out, I am charged with Delay of Game, and can then choose my play. After that play... The same problem, all throughout the game. If I happen to score a touchdown and extra point, the game begins to show the stadium scenery and never allows me to choose a kickoff play because there is no gameplay clock to interrupt the defect.

So, I decided to just hold my horses and wait for Madden 07 to come out. I waited in a line for an hour for my copy of Madden 07, took it home, and guess what? The same exact bug. Although the view at Heinz field is beautiful, I'd rather be playing football in it.

Electronic Arts produces 3.1 billion dollars of revenue a year from leeching off of suckers that thought they should remain faithful to a company that, at one time, made respectable games. Perhaps, Electronic Arts may purposely be putting virus' into their games so XBox 360 users will be forced to pay for XBox live so they can download the "patch" that fixes the bug. Why couldn't a patch be made that at least allows you to save at any given point during the game? The biggest question I have is, why was this problem not fixed... Knowing it also existed in Madden 06 for the Xbox 360? And I do know that it is not my Xbox 360. It is the latest model and I have the Intercooler fan attached on the back. No other games mess up on my console except Madden 06 and Madden 07.
