$10 failed 1-800 phone call for basic procedure of changing calling area. Just moved no phone yet. I emailed about changing my local calling area, no one replied. Bought more minutes online so I could do basic things like call the phone company for a phone but thats more expensive than cellphone at normal rates for my usage. So I called tracfone to switch my calling area to have normal rates and a local number, but they don't have a basic server app to change the calling area. They want me to find a pay phone somewhere in this big place because they are too stupid to do a ilttle client server development. They refused to direct me to tech support/development, or an executive or VP to file an official complaint. Stay The h*l away from tracfone if you plan on moving.
