Could not assigine phone to local calling area

With good service for 8 years, Christmas 08, Purched 3 New Phones, After actvation not one could be called from local land line with out a long distance charg. Spent over 40 hours and 44 days on telephone with TracFone and they could not solve the problem. Was sent one new pnone, and 7 sim cards. Nothing helped. Now the Tracfones worked good on out going calls, and I was told that it was my home phone was the problem. "thanks for listing"
