Receiver and Pay-Per-View Cut Off, Prices Too High

Direct TV cut off our access to one of our receivers. I'm usually a cool person, but this is wrong. They also cut off our pay-per-view. I want revenge, badly, for the prices of the pay-per-view, for the cut-off of the pay-per-view and for the disconnection of our receiver.

I just want a break. I'm not trying to get money back. I'm trying to get my pay-per-view back, my access to the receiver back and some much cheaper prices.
