Charged $68.50 For Unauthorized Text Messages From Unknown Senders

In April I started getting "text Messages in my cell phone, Text messages of unknown people. Last year I went to a Cingular office in Sepulveda Blvd. in Carson CA. To cancel this text messages, they even charged me to do it. Cingular wireless keep sending back this extra charges of $68.50. They sent 157 unauthorized messages to my phone and charged $0.50 plus $0.005 tax per messege. I need to clear this charges off my account. Thanks for your response.
