Rip-off 1,000 text messages in one day!

Cingular wireless billed me for having over 1,000 text messages in one day and the funny part is they say i text messaged myself. Now they want me to pay a huge bill for this and yet i did not do a thing, i told them to look at my 3 yr history and see that i never ever text message anyone at all. Whgen i asked for a superviser they tol dme that they dont talk to customers. Wow where is the service?
If you work for them I'm sorry for you, please do not respond and tell me to call customer service as that's who i talked to. It is a shame because i now am writing 13 checks for $150.00 a piece to get my family and freinds to switch. I know the thousand dollars a month they loose is nothing to them but then again i ment nothing to them either. Avoid at all cost everyone you have been warned!
