Less than 3 years ago the wife and i paid good money for a dvd-rv32. Just the other night, without warning, the unit no longer functions. Almost immediately I search the net and to my dismay find the horror stories of "HO7"
After touching base with PANASONIC, they have pretty much said 'sorry charlie', just simple folks living here in the hills of upper east tennessee. We feel as though someone has entered our home and gang-raped us, stolen our will, and laughed as they left. We just want what is fair. Yes we are victims of the HO7 - most go on with their lives, but now I've found you and hope you'll help.
