Daughter received ilo 1GB MP3 Player for her graduation and it will NOT work. Called customer support, they said she has to have receipt to exchange it. Called giver of the gift and they had thrown it out. Customer service said no way to help me without it! Stuck with unusable player, daughter and purchaser out of luck.
