Mark - ripoff store on ebay knowingly sold me products which didn't not work and has avoided my calls completely ever since!

Mark knowingly sold me 2 high-end cell phones which he knew didn't work. He's been impossible to get in touch with, and has proven to have no desire for rectifying the situation whatsoever! He even hung up on me the one and only time he did actually answer one of my countless attempts, once realizing I was an unsatisfied customer. This guy has intentionally ripped me off, and has avoided me from that point on!
