Got ripped at SOYO Group & their buddies at shopathometv.com and didn't even have to leave my chair. Rebate Ripoff

Ordered and received a 32 inch TV from Shopathometv and got a $100 instand rebate. Then there was another rebate for $100 that was to be mailed in. I mailed it in last January 28. Rebates were supposed to be received in 10-12 weeks.

I called SOYO Group and all they do is play dumb. Was told the check was in the mail. Right!!! Called back and again they played dumb. Was told I have to wait 10-12 weeks. I already have waited 16 weeks. I think they hope most people will just give up. Again the rebate was for $100. Maybe they can't afford to give out their promised rebates. I see their stock is selling for 40cents. That's right 40 CENTS. Must be a big time company. I went to a web-site called checkingrebate.com. It shows that my rebate has been approved. Says the postmark was 03/28. I mailed it in on 01/28. I talked to a CSR named Janet and she did addmit that a lot of people have been calling in looking for their rebates. So as you can see I'm not just one odd complaint. Never again will I buy on line or from the TV. At least with WalMart if your dissatisfied you just march back to the store and they take care of you.
