Rebate ripoff, saying they did not receive 2 rebate forms for motherboard purchased at Newegg

I purchased a Soyo motherboard from Newegg.com which came with two (2) mail-in rebates. I submitted both forms with all required upc codes, etc. And mailed prior to the postmark date. That was back in September. It is now MARCH and I never received my rebates.

I called Soyo but the woman said they had no record of the rebates and she didn't know ANYTHING, very unhelpful.

Soyo is giving the same runaround to everybody, or sending the exact emails, verbatim, to other consumers. I will never buy anything made by Soyo again.

As many have said, stay away from Soyo. They are not a company you want to do business with.
